Just came across this cool website to estimate your website earning and I thought I should post a quick note about it here. The websites estimates your website’s earning potential from contextual advertising. I checked mine and voila, I can earn $1 per month!!! LOL that’s embarrassing.

Anyway, the website does inspire me and that why I am posting an article on my blog about it. Because I see many websites earning millions of dollars! I do not expect to earn millions of dollars per month from my blogs but I can at least come amongst those that earn some thousands of dollars per month, right? Because I see so many sites earning between $2k to $10k. That is inspiring because if I keep trying, I will come to that spot one day!

A few weeks back, a friend of mine came up with an idea of a new website with the concept of making a business listing web portal based on reviews and ratings submitted by the users called the FeedbackerTeam.com. When I first hear the concept from him, it sounded yet another web business idea with lots of efforts required to be put in in order to make a difference.

But 3 days back, the same friend sent a message to me telling to check the website out and, if possible, contribute to it by submitting some honest user reviews. First impression: I love what has come out of his idea. Second impression: Great job and the website does look like something which will add value to the visitors. So, I went ahead and registered and have even posted two short reviews.

Bottom line, if you do something or make a website with an idea to make something useful to your visitors, it does make a difference.

I was reading an article about blog automater the other day and there I saw a formula “More Blogs = More Money”

True indeed! The more blogs you have the more money you can earn. But what blog automater was doing was scrapping other’s content and using it to mass post blogs. That sure comes in the category of spam if you don’t do it right. I read in another blog that such blogs are called splogs, meaning the blog is blogging spam, the blog of spam = splog. But seems like Blog Aumtomater has an answer to this as well. The new version of BA has got word swapping tool which will swap certain keywords with alternatives before posting them into your blog. But the question is, will that help?

I also read in Juvezone Blog that many of these splogs uses Google Adsense as a means of earning money. Since Google is not an idle master, it will soon catch the slogs for sure. Once caught, then all over!

But of couse I am not an expert in this field. So, please share your opinion and let’s discuss this issue.
